Conference Sales Executive (Full-Time)

We require immediately inside sales people to promote our events in the Canadian and U.S. markets. You will be in contact, by phone and/or e-mail, with business executives from all industries and all levels of government. The thrust of the sales effort is in qualifying perspective delegates as to their training needs and in researching who the proper contacts are for any given event.

You are intelligent, assertive, ambitious and team-oriented possessing strong communication skills with a sales or customer service background. Also, you enjoy working in a fun, dynamic and productive workplace. We offer plenty of training, support and encouragement. We value all our employees and management works very hard to ensure employee retention and happiness. We offer an industry competitive compensation package made up base, commission, bonuses and benefits.

You will be full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Our approach to work is not regimented: we do not micromanage our people, preferring to employ responsible, dedicated professionals and allow them to develop and prosper in their own manner (within reason of course!)

We are in need of dependable, hard-working self-starters. If you think you have the drive and determination to make a positive contribution to our company and are interested in personal and professional growth, then we are interested in hearing from you.
