City of Minneapolis
Mr. Forte is the Director of Emergency Preparedness for the City of Minneapolis, where his primary responsibility is to establish and maintain the emergency preparedness framework for the City. Formerly Fire Chief for the City of Minneapolis, he was the commander of the Emergency Operations Center following the collapse of the I-35W Bridge. Mr. Forte implemented the five-year gap analysis plan that was credited for the swift and effective response and recovery efforts for the bridge collapse.
